plagiarism

                                                   PLAGIARISM
My friend is constantly throwing tantrums over the issue as to when people will get original, many are the times he`s been a victim of his ideas being copied or used without his approval, he oftenly channels his thoughts at the social network sites which are public by nature thus providing room for exploitation. his agony does not end there, his boss and colleagues at work oftenly `copy pastes` his original work hence robbing him of the chance to enjoy his work`s originality,
I tend to think he`s creative but careless as well as per his literal gift is concerned, such and many more are the vivid examples of plagiarism, plagiarism is thus termed as unaccredited use of other`s work or ideas, this entails a check of information firsthand at the world webs, libraries, cyber cafes, at the internet or simply copying a heard idea, this not only steals other`s work, but also does it rob someone a learning experience one can gain on the assignment.
It may be termed by many as a vice that tends to rip off the best from the creative minds. its an easy tool used by the `lazy` to acquire information.
As the times go by, people get more greedier thus constantly trying to cheat to achieve their goals, this also affects the corporate world as big companies also tend to specialize in imitations of products, a good example being  the proverbial `china made  phones`.
Rumor has it that the much acclaimed poet cum playwright Shakespeare had his hand dirty on plagiarism, its believed that much of his work shouldn`t be credited to him as he plagiarized the work of others,
Some tend to term plagiarism as fraud or scam, the main causes of plagiarism are commonly the following :illiteracy, ignorance or even laziness, illiteracy-being uneducated or simply lacking the knowledge can duly force someone to look for the information by employing cheap measures or tactics like going to the internet and thus searching for the information one seeks to get albeit cheaply.
Ignorance applies when someone just finds no good reason as to why he should spend his efforts looking or trying to gather information that he can simply and easily acquire at the internet or the libraries, or even at other published reads.
Laziness is another lame factor as to why people commit to plagiarism, it forces the fresh minds to look for information cheaply thus robbing themselves the chance to learn more directly when they search the information themselves.
As much as plagiarism continues to creep under the talented lot, measures to curb its severe spread must be generated so as to save the originality and authenticity of one`s work, this will also help in putting into action the idea of gaining the learning experience derived from performing a certain information search, the following measures may be therefore employed.
:publicizing of the information-whenever the information is too public, not many would copy it as its already known thus the originality is maintained.
:copyrights-this entails barring any fake authentication of one’s work, the original owner should legally own the rights and can apply legal actions incase anyone tries to steal his ideas, copyrights help  protect the owners work.
: list sources-this involves listing the available sources. This helps in recognizing the actual information generators.
: Uniqueness-many writers opt for using a distinct mode of their work thus avoiding imitations.
